Poetry:- Pandemic Pause COVID-19

A virus small, yet fierce and cruel

Spreading rapidly, like wildfire in fuel

Bringing the world to a grinding halt

Making us re-think every last vault

We're forced to stay indoors, social distance

From loved ones, in this pandemic existence

The world's on pause, time stands still

But hope remains, our hearts to fill

We're in this together, united we'll stand

To fight this invisible enemy at hand

We'll come out stronger, on the other side

With a newfound appreciation, for life

But for now, let's wear our masks

And wash our hands, to finish our tasks

Let's listen to the experts, do our part

To beat this virus, and heal every heart.
