Badrinath is a small town nestled in the heart of the Himalayas, located in the northern Indian state of Uttarakhand. It is one of the four sacred shrines in India, also known as the Char Dham, which are considered the most sacred pilgrimage sites for Hindus. The town is situated at an elevation of 3,133 meters above sea level, and is surrounded by snow-capped peaks and lush greenery.
